Lamp post at 0:04. After shooting this clip, I changed video settings and went to do it a second time but started too low. I'm across the street standing under light pole and under flight path. They started yelling but it was too late...
I have fired it up and seems to run ok. Motors spinning...
I was flying today and capturing some footage of my sister and brother in laws new house. I got a couple stills then decided to do a video flying back and up from the driveway. I crashed into a light post across the street. Fell down 20 feet onto the sidewalk and the gimbal/camera broke off. The...
This is back in early 2015 before I got my P3P. After spending a couple weeks practicing with my P2 in a huge open field I packed everything up in my new GPC backpack and hiked up a couple hours into the mountains in Colorado outside Vail.

I bought an iPad Mini 2 (wifi only) specifically to use with my PSP. When I want GPS mode capability I use my iPhone 6.

I also...

I've also found that I usually overestimate wind speed when I...
WeatherFlow. It's a small blue device that requires a smart phone. It's on Amazon. I got mine on eBay. There are other devices that are standalone though I haven't tried any of them.
I use a Weather Flow wind meter. Portable and plugs into headphone jack and has a companion app that will give sustained and gust speeds as well as direction and location. I picked one up for about $25 and has been a nice addition to my kit.
Be sure to reformat card prior to updating via micro sd card. I forgot last time and then it corrupted the card, causing loss of a handful of files. Reformatted card and then added firmware file, and completed update just fine. I haven't seen anywhere DJI telling user to format card prior to...
