There's no such thing ! There are no "specific custom settings" Photography is a subjective art. Start off using "auto" and see what you get, then make adjustments based on what looks good to you. You can "bracket" your photos to try 3 different settings in one spurt. Try shooting in RAW so...

All of them !! There are no "correct" camera settings. It all depends on what YOU think looks good. If you just want a well exposed picture, set to automatic. But I would encourage you to experiment with ISO, shutter speed, etc and put your own flair to your photos, Have fun !!

Actually I never tried to get the videos and pictures by connecting to the USB on the gimbal, I've always taken the card out and put it in a USB adapter. I just tried it and it worked without issue.
