I have flown the V1 Phantom 4 Pro about 3 miles away from the remote and started to lose reception. This was in a wooded area. I felt I stretched its legs as far as I felt comfortable going.
I haver tried this myself and this has not worked. I have tried all the adapters in the box and none of them worked. I have tried many different cables as well. Many high quality cables from ANKER and others as well and none of them work. So I swallowed my pride and just purchased a iPad...
I have had a lot of problems with the iPad 6 mini. I have had to go with the iPad mini 5 to fly my phantom. I had mistyped on the post. DJI says that this doesn’t work with the phantom. I have tried multiple cables and adapters to get the 6 to work and nothing works. I believe it is the USB...
I believe you have stumbled on a great piece of equipment. Thank You a lot for pointing this out. I just wish I had seen this before spending 3X's more for a module.
It's funny you say that. I posted over on the DJI Forum and the admins who are DJI employees said that they are still supporting the DJI GO 4 App and they are working on it.
I just wanted to give you all some information. I have successfully found out that the iPad 5 mini and iPad OS17 does work together with the DJI GO 4 software and Phantom 4 Pro. I also tried it with a iPhone 13 and iOS 17 phone as well and didn't run into any issues. I did run into problems...
I haven’t gone with anything yet. I am just going to fly my Air2S until I can find a great option. Your P4P V2 by the end of the year will have an update from DJI that will enable RID on your drone. I have a ver 1, so this doesn’t help me.
Yep known issue Mini 6 doesn't work at all with the Mini 6. Some people claim they have gotten it to work but I haven't seen any proof. I have bought a lot of specific cables and adapters they have claimed they bought to get it to work. Only to find out I was unable to get it to work.
I have been using mine for years. It is my workhorse and I hope mine in the future. Unfortunately with the RID problem I have to ground it until I can find it a RID module and also one that is affordable as well. Once that happens I plan to keep flying it until they no longer make parts for...
What I ended up doing was purchasing a Air2S that has RID built in, in January so I wasn't scrambling the last minute. I can now wait on a module to come out for my P4P in due time. Wait for the right one to be released for the right price. That was the only solutions that I could find. I...
I would love to help you with the pictures. Sorry. but the P4P has Prop guards that work real well when you hit something Amazon.com . I have used these before and they were life savers the times that I used them for. And I used them for inspections of towers, and even though I can fly a...
