I did the same thing. Bought from Amazon (non-authorized dealer). It started flying erratically and I sent in with RMA for repairs. Was covered under warranty in about 3 weeks.

I use a Surface Pro for my drone editing. It's freaking great with Windows 10. And I saw the demo of those Windows phones. They are WAY more powerful than any Android or iOS device. I hope they catch on. ...but it's not like I know a single person using a Windows phone.

I had the same problem. Replaced my cable and it was good. (My old cable still sits in my truck, works great for charging and Pandora so I'm not sure why it has problems with my P3 but it did).

My repair (main board, LED light) were repaired and sent back to me. I was so happy to pick it up yesterday. It took exactly 3 weeks from the day they checked it in until it was back in my hands. Free of charge.

I called the 818 phone number a number of times just to get the RMA, but when they answered they were quick and professional. I called today for a status update (which they didn't have this morning) and they answered on the first ring, first try.
