    Stress cracks, HELP!

I, too, was very skeptical. I read so many threads on very long delays on service request and all of the "flaming hoops" that were associated with repairs and technical support. All of the process was completed online. Somewhere in the back of my mind I kept on thinking that it could not be...

    Stress cracks, HELP!

I hit send before I was finished.... The entire experience was absolutely incredible. I commend dji on the dedication to their customers and the quick turnaround. Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots

    Stress cracks, HELP!

dji will not give you any hassle for stress cracks on the motor arms. I just went thru this very same issue with my P3A. It was a little over a year and noticed a small crack on the one arm and 2 similar but smaller cracks on the other arms. After reading thru a year of other user experiences...

    Shaky camera w P3 Advanced

Kima, just throw it the original box with all the other shipping material, just in case you need it in the future. No need for any hardcase or backpack storage.

    Shaky camera w P3 Advanced

I know this may be a simple one but often overlooked...did you remove the white foam packing insert from the gimbal? Admittedly, I missed removing this part on unpacking my bird and actually flew it seven or eight times and was ready to ship it back before I found the little bugger and removed it.

Bad bad bad day (recovered bird)

Tony, I have been following this story since you posted your loss. I have been talking about it with all my friends. The outcome is a happy ending with some extraordinary support from the Phantom Pilot community. It should serve a testament, in some small way, to how willing people are to...

Looking for People Around Carlisle PA!

I took all three of the DartDrone courses back in the fall. I would say the courses were good but definitely not worth the money I paid to attend. Most of the information presented during the daylong course was stuff I found in the Phantom 3 manual. And the customer service is not good!

First time P3A owner doing dumb stuff already

Great video! There are so many simultaneous responsibilities in these shots, it is hard to keep your head wrapped around it. Just the thought of riding backwards and getting acclimated to the directional changes is enough to keep your head spinning. Did you try the "follow me" option on the...

    Phantom Food Processor

Incredible. More money than brains, I guess. It does make a good point on the dangers of spinning propellers.

    Brand new to P3P

Outstanding advice, SD! Overall, take is slow and learn from every experience. The Phantom 3 is an incredible piece of technology. Everytime it goes up, I am amazed. Regardless of what you read in this and other forums, it is good knowledge and take all of it for what it is worth. After...

    Foam thing behind gimbal...

    Foam thing behind gimbal...

I have to chuckle on this thread. I thought I was the only idiot that forgot to remove this small but very important piece of packing apparatus. The foam piece is so small that I completely missed it when I unpacked the P3A last week. I even made several flights and was almost ready to send...
