I too had this problem but after unscrewing the yaw screw and fasten it again the notice disappeared!!! Now waiting for good weather to see if it really is fixed in the air. Thank you for the advice Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots mobile app

I finally got everything together again, applied the mod and installed the sunhans 2.4 ghz 3 watt amp (only one which I think should be enough) and the 5.8 ghz 2 watt amp. Now waiting for good weather to test distance. Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots mobile app

So I finally managed to recover my RC and the bird following the descriptions provided in this thread. I also realised that it was NOT the +x that was missing in the rcS file (which I anyway should have checked before ftp'ing it back!) but it was full of ^M in the file!? I used vi on a linux...
