Standard - Gimbal roll motor seperation repair?

Should there be something preventing this from happening the brushless motor keeps falling apart ( see video ).

I have no clue.

Issue Solved: Took back panel off gimbal and turned moter to fix.

Is doesn't it's stuck like this when powered on

Took my drone out of its case started it up and recalibrated everything, but the gimbal is locked in a weird position and shaking any tips?
