When I plug my drone into my pc and boot up the calibration software, it cant detect the drone at all. Any tips to actually help it find it?

I've been hearing that all updates are now done via mobile app but the mobile app doesnt have an option for the P3 gopro variety and I need to do IMU calibrations. can anybody point me in the right direction?
