The picture is stored in the sd card in the drone, you need to download it to the app while the drone is on and connected, before you can view it in the app!!

I use an app called Tiny Planet maker. Only small, and easy to use. I haven't found an alternative way to export the pictures as tiny planets, but this app prices ok

I had a similar problem. Had full control of the drone, but no video, and app saying aircraft disconnected. Turns out, on start-up of the app, hit don't connect, charge only!! I thought connect would have been the obvious choice, but apparently not!! Since I figured that out, no problems at all...

When you first turn on the drone, and controller, as the app starts up, you should get a box saying either "connect", or "don't connect, charge only". When that pops up on your screen, hit don't connect. Don't remember the exact wording, but along those lines!! I am going out for a fly tomorrow...

I had a similar problem with the aircraft being disconnected!! When you start the app, try hitting don't connect, charge only!! That solved all my problems, and now have no problems.

I use a Huawei m3, and it works great!! Good battery, great screen, and nice and light. Size is great, I'm very impressed

Well, I went for the DJI three battery charger, and it works great. I'm not sure I would want to use a third party charger!! But I haven't tried others, so I can't comment anymore than to say the the DJI one is good
