    Hedwig- did you ever get this situation resolved? I'm having the same problem and have tried it several times.

    That was it. Seems like those connections should lock in place somehow. It's kind of a pain in the *** to take the thing apart.

    The led on the back of the Phantom won't light at all when powering up. The lights on the underside flash and I hear the start up sound, but no flashing led. When I plug it in to the usb port the Nazam program will not see it. It will, however fly.
