In the 60 years that I have walked this earth, I have encountered a number of truly paranoid and truly delusional people. (some are family members). Since I know that they are out there, I try to avoid any contact what so ever. Because of this, I have never flown in my own neighborhood...
Litchi would indeed make this task easier for a beginner. I noticed in your example that you put the drone well below the height of the vegetation, and the vegetation projects into the path of the drone. There is no OA when moving sideways. Be very careful.
Lindsaybev. I'm going to keep it simple. You mentioned that you are a video noob. Ok no problem. then your next question was related to a process called transcoding where the highly compressed camera output usually h.264 AVC (Mp4) files for windows and quick time for Apple. Is then...
The meter is trying to get an average exposure for the room and the lights are overpowering the sensor. Check out the attached DirtyBird video. Go to his channel all his night flights have blown out highlights with halo.
I have a P4, and for me range is totally dependent on location interference. In an urban environment it struggles even with wind surfers however out in the country I've routinely gotten 3 miles without losing signal. The P4P has a better camera with adjustable aperture. It also has dual band...
I routinely do 5 mile round trips and with windsurfers, I rarely lose signal. This is usually over uninhabited marshes in Florida @ 200'' or 300'. I recommend that you verify winds at altitude. Use this: UAV Forecast
Video Files require serious hardware to play HD video in real time. 4K is notorious. Editing video is a whole other animal. Most recommend an I5 as a minimum and a video card that by itself most likely cost more than your PC. Can you PC play a 4K youtube video?
you answered you own question. Mac Book pro has sufficient horse power, you PC and Chrome book does not. Using an editor in your Mac Book render out a 720p version of your video. this may play on your PC and CB.
Geo I am by no means an expert on Video formats codec etc. For the lion share of my video work I use Davinci Resolve Studio and hitfilm pro or aftereffects for compositing. however, I still keep a copy of Cyberlink Poerdirector 15 for when I need a DVD or do subtitles. It has a built in DVD...
Are you trying to view video directly from the sd card in the phantom? If so, the most likely issue is that your TV cannot natively process 60fps, Progress video or both. Use an editor to convert the footage to 1080i.
There are few other questions that you should ask yourself. What are you planning to do with your videos? Are you knowledgeable about video editing? Many editing software programs rely on the GPU for much of the heavy lifting. Financially you will get much more bang for the buck...
I am a bit confused with your question. The majority of my photography both camera and drone is RAW. 100% of my photos are edited in Lightroom. I only use photoshop for composites or graphics. Both programs will only do what you tell them to do. They will not crop without input from he...
