I've experimented with some video at night in my suburban area. It does not have lights like a downtown/cityscape, but nonetheless I was expecting better noise performance than what I got. I'd like to know what settings people are using at night. I use FCPX, but I don't have a 3rd party noise...

Is anyone talking about the fact that you seem to have to use a smart phone to view where you are flying. Now, I have he luxury of using an iPad mini that fits very nicely in my P3P RC. I would really hate to lose that nice big screen and go to my iPhone with the Mavic. Thoughts ??

I read that if you are doing an orbit and lose connection that it will continue to orbit until critical battery levels and then land. Do you know if you can recover by flipping to the P mode ??
