Did you look around at the last point shown on you flight logs? You were showing a pretty steady altitude of about 58 feet until that point. And from looking at the map there appear to be trees and a power line there. It may have crashed into one of them and be there.
Interesting. I was thinking that people were probably not giving CSC enough time to activate, it isn't instantaneous. I've always used left stick down after reading of the birds tipping over when CSC was used to shut off the motors when landing. But what happened in your instance kinda throws my...
Great suggestion! I will definitely be ordering one. I have my tablet volume cranked wide open and can barely hear it if there is any other noise around. I had started using wired ear buds but get aggravated with them hanging from one ear.
No, I'm not. I'm not saying there are few. I'm saying most people don't know the numbers and get inflated numbers from the media or deflated numbers from the pro gun groups. According to the FBI, the US averages about 9000 gun homicides per year. Two thirds of those are committed with a hand...
I'd have to agree with Tenly and others on this post. Based on the video evidence, I don't see anything wrong. From the looks of what you can see of the beach he appears to be behind the crowd on the beach. I am not about to start crucifying pilots that cannot be proven to be in the wrong.
It seems to me that the RTH cancelling the RTH height if the bird is descending when RTH is initiated will lead to more crashes. Hopefully they will remove this feature. Am I missing something that would make this feature beneficial?
Yes, the National Parks make the rules for the land they control. But I'm with the OP here. From what the FAA has stated many times, the FAA controls all airspace and no one else. If he wasn't physically standing on National Park land, I don't think he broke any laws. I'd put a call in to the...
@Chris_P Please remember that msinger is simply giving you his interpretation of your logs. I have never seen him side with DJI to try to help DJI. He has always given his honest opinion from what I have seen.
Even though DJI said they didn't need these files I would send them in. It can't...
So my comment isn't apples to apples. But you made the statement "Fact is aftermarket anything doesn't have to live up to the strict standards a company selling the main product has to." That is a pretty broad "fact" and what my comment was in reference to.
If you read through all the posts...
I suppose you are also one that never has anything but manufacturer parts put on their vehicle also? Sorry but I aint buying the tale you are telling. Many aftermarket parts are better than original.
Or if you have the slickdeals app on your phone you can set it to alert you on the P3A. That is how I got mine from Cookie Electronics on ebay for $599. Free shipping and no tax.
There aren't as many as most people think. This is due to the bias spin that the media and others put on figures. Every side will spin it to make their side look better and the media will sensationalize it to get more viewers.
