I would say in your case the antennas are not going to help unless you were trying to improve things beyond several thousand feet. If you are having problems under 1000' then look elsewhere.
If you are looking for little more "perspective" why don't you change the gimbal FPV mode? You can definitely make it bank and show on video if that is what you want.
I agree with this. I have removed the card from 2 different phantoms several hundred times with no issues.
I honestly would be more concerned about wearing out a micro SD connector.
And unless they have changed things its to frigging slow to transfer via the cable. SD card reader is the way...
Disconnected does not necessarily mean the app is disconnected but the Phantom is out of range and lost connectivity. It should reconnect when it comes back. How far away are you ?
@Dronebow its just a reflector. So it helps direct more signal forward removing it from the rear so the antenna is no longer omni-directional.
If they get in the way with your tablet then flip the antennas down. The important part is the side of antenna is pointing towards the Phantom.
Just to clarify. Litchi is public release but the camera stuff was only released to testers.I should have been more clear. I would be surprised if the camera stuff is not public in a week. If you have been waiting for camera controls I would go ahead and buy it as it should update soon...
