I had this happen once. I was over a field of tall reeds and managed to get it back to an open area before it landed. I restarted the battery and have never had an further problems with that battery.

You said you are at 400 M not 400 Ft. 400 M is closer to 1300 Ft. If your settings are in meters on your program you are limited to about 120, which is just under 400 Feet. I do not agree with the attitude of the comment to you. This is supposed to be a group to help, not belittle or criticize...
I've flown in the lower teens F. Recently I developed small cracks in the motor mount areas of the shell from stress, which I wonder if that could have been increased by recent cold weather flying.
I live in Lincoln Nebraska and have flown within the 5 mile zone. Every time I've called they have asked for my registration number, when, where, and for how long and at what altitude I was going to fly. I then call the tower and they want to know same info. I've never had an issue with them...
Anyone who thinks it's a toy and won't hire you because of that, is probably not worth working for. It is not a toy, and the quality of work and photographic results are what their decision should be based on.
This depends upon a lot. First, is there a city or state ordinance that prohibits it? Is it a federal / National park? If so, FAA rules prohibit it. Are you flying over people? Are you complying with FAA restrictions. My advice, as a police officer with 26 years experience, is to always follow...
