    Litchi waypoint mission won't start/upload?

    Have used my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T705Y (4G+Wifi) without issues for many, many missions. Missions loaded, orbits started.. all OK. Since Litchi version 3.9.0, etc signal strength as reported in Healthydrones is Very Poor... video choppy, mission load hangs at 0%, Orbit fails to start...
