I guess since my RC does NOT beep when I turn it on, light is STEADY GREEN without the bird turned on, will not pair/bind, and does NOTHING when I connect to usb with the latest BIN file from DJI that I have a bad controller. I guess the next step is to get another controller. thanks everyone

Thanks in advance for any insight. When i turn on my remote there is No beep. the light is steady green. When i insert a card into the reader to update nothing happens I see no indications of a wifi signature/transmission on any of my cell phones or tablets? any help would be appreciated
