We’ll a year from today we’ll need remote ID on our UAS. All newly built drones must have it built in starting today. Some existing drones may have the capability with a firmware update.

Hi HTP - personally I would just get rid of it. I don't think I'd trust a referb and the risk of you P4P falling out of the sky isn't work it.
I too have 3 batteries for my P4, and created a chart with 3 columns, one for each battery. I put a check in the column each time I charge the battery...
What insurance requirements did they have? Did you get insurance in order to sign up? I was thinking of signing up as well but not sure about getting full Time insurance. I currently use pay by the hour insurance when needed.
My authorization also took well over the 90 day window and it was a request that conformed to the air FAA data maps for the location. I do think the majority of requests will be much faster once the system goes live.

There should be somewhere on the FAA site to also see authorizations since the approval document is titled "CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER OR AUTHORIZATION"
My thought was to alert the realtor who contracted with them that the video was done in violation of FAA reg's. Let word get out among realtors. Educate them and let them know we do that same work legally.
I saw a video of a property in my neighborhood that I suspected was done in violation of FAA requirements since I live in Class B airspace.
