Can this be fixed. It no longer transmitts any signal. I did not turn it on without the antenna but believe it may have overheated somehow. Looks like the little brown thing is what's broken but I'm not sure what that is or does!

I have removed the upper casing and checked everything is connected correctly. I believe it's either a software issue or my compass has just died. I'm not sure what else it would be!
