Well, I was just finally approved after 140 some days. I actually got approved for three locations and this was for Surface Class E. Two of the locations were set to a hard limit of 0ft on the UAS Facility Map. However, my authorization allows me to fly up to 70ft.

Any job requiring airspace authorization may as well be passed up at this point unless it's something that's been scheduled a year in advance. I've been waiting since mid July 2017 for Surface Class E authorization. Their 90 day window is BS.
