Have you deleting the app and re downloading it

I had this same problem with my rc and the only thing that was differnt was the new marshmellow update on my note 5. I ended up buying a galaxy tab A which is still running lollipop. And my controller updated right away.i called dji and they gave me a hundred things to try none of course worked...

Pretty sure there is a battery bug that is messing with flight time and random battery warnings.

Just wanna thank everyone for the info for some reason it was my note 5 that was causing the problem. I went out and bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy tab A and all is great. Firmware downloaded fast and am now up and running. Thanks again guys for all the great info

When you launch the app are you still holding the four buttons down or just let go when the remote is powered up?

The copter sits there and just blinks fast yellow

This comes up but still says needs updat

I hit update firmware on the dji go and and it just tells me there is an error every time

Anyone else having a problem upgrading there phantom 3 pro controller to the newest update. I got the copter to update but the controller won't update no matter what I do. Anyone have any ideas
