Problem with app crash on my samsung s7 edge

My Galaxy Tab A 9.7" was hit and miss. If I cleaned out the video cache and powered up the bird first and then the RC the tablet would sometimes work. If it didn't work I had to cycle power to the tablet and RC. It was a genuine PIA, which is unfortunate as I really like that tablet. Frustrated...

    LOS ANGELES VIDEO

Your piloting skill and artistic skills are impressive, you've gotten some nice stuff. For me, what would make it better would be less edits, or a longer video. Let me enjoy what I'm looking at for more than 5 seconds or so... That's just my opinion, FWIW. Good job. Cheers, rc

    Phantom 4 new battery clip/mod

Skin effect doesn't really come into play here. Despite what the manufacturers of ridiculously expensive speaker wire tell you, skin effect primarily comes into play with high voltage and with RF. Can the conductor in question safely handle the current required of it? Easy enough to find...

    Video Quality Issues - Youtube

How fast is your internet connection? Is it fast enough to not choke on a video stream? That will have a lot to do with the maximum speed youtube makes available. Also, youtube seriously compresses video, which is understandable. If you want a high quality video stream youtube is not the way to...

The VALUE of photography... please learn about it before you make a mistake

Agree. A $25,000 drone would be a bargain to a film crew that routinely rents copter time at $500-$1000 an hour. Drone video is everywhere on television. Outdoor reality shows like Gold Rush incorporate drone video in virtually all of their outdoor work. With a drone it's easy and cost...

The VALUE of photography... please learn about it before you make a mistake

Hmmm... If I could afford the aerial platform required to lift my DSLR with a nice chunk of glass I would do it. But maybe I wouldn't... Sending $30,000 worth of gear up in the air... I don't think I have the stones to do it... Cheers

The VALUE of photography... please learn about it before you make a mistake

There's a bit more to it. Much of the photographs I see are snapshots, loaded with technical flaws. I still enjoy looking at the work of others, but hey, that's just me. Soft, blown exposure, tilted horizons, uninteresting composition, over-sharpened, poor color balance, over-processed, noisy...

Pretty much can't fly drones in Cali now

I live in rural Nevada, but I still drive for 2 hours to get myself out in the middle of nowhere. No people, pets or property. Places like this exist everywhere, but sometimes you have to find them. If I want to do local flying I leave the P4 at home and take my trusty Syma X8C out for a spin...

    First Attempt at Photo Editing

I respectfully disagree. IMO HDR from a small sensor camera looks like clown vomit. Perhaps best to shoot using the lowest possible ISO (for maximum dynamic range) and expose for the highlights. Shoot in RAW and season to taste. I understand that this may be a bit much for a beginner, but...

    First Attempt at Photo Editing

Filters will make things worse, besides, lens flare isn't necessarily a bad thing. Other than that, I agree with John. Cheers rc

PowerDirector 15. Cheap, lightning fast, and very easy to use. I have Premier CS6, and I seldom use it anymore, that's how good PowerDirector 15 is.
