Give it a try when the President is nearby and there's a TFR is effect!! NO-FLY. Hopefully, my P4 will work again when the TFR expires!! In the meantime, my P4 is grounded. I should travel a little West and see if it functions again outside of the TFR area.

I think your only option is to apply for a waiver using the waiver portal. You should pay close attention to the listed Performance Based Standards listed for each rule that you can apply to waive. I was successful in obtaining a night waiver. I haven't tried for a blanket controlled airspace...
