There was no wind, conditions were dead calm and after the IMU calibration it flew perfectly level. The horizon is also now level.:)

It seems that you're setting everything up properly and the problem may be in your software. I would contact dji support and explain the situation. Include screenshots to support your explanation. Sorry we couldn't resolve your problem. Lots of luck with it.

Have you checked to see whether you get the icon when your p3 is airborne above 10m?

I had a similar thing happen on the last update with a p3a. I now have an icon on the right side of the screen (to the upper left of the camera menu). It is not in the border area, it's on the screen. If you have it there just select it and the IOC functions will appear across the bottom.

You mean the two icons for home position based on either aircraft or RC? If that's what you mean, I can for the RC but not the aircraft. Also did you check to see whether you have the IOC on/off in the MC menu?

I'm new to this hobby but I recently purchased litchi and tried a waypoint flight. I kept it fairly close, 300m or so in an area clear of obstacles. It worked flawlessly and allowed me to turn the camera in whichever direction I wanted during the flight. Works great!!
