Sounds like a very similar problem on the P3P's. What you describe happens when the gimbal ribbon cable becomes loose or damaged. You should contact DJI since your P4 is still on warranty. On the P3P's replacing the cable is not that hard but by the looks of the P4's it may require taking the...
As Oso said enable video caching then when you download the video file and the SRT file place them in the same folder. Then open up the video file with VLC video player. The SRT file information including GPS coordinates will be displayed in the lower third portion of the video...
The only time you will see 100% is if you take it off your charger and plug it into your P3 and fly right away. I charge my batteries at home then drive to the flying area. I always end up taking off with 99 or 97%. There's nothing wrong with that. All batteries will lose some power over time...
It not in the latest update. They said initially it would be released in December. With only a few days left I don't think it going to happen.

Carl, I just updated the DJI GO app on one of my iPads and when I tried to connect it to my P3P I had the same problem. My iPhone 6+ connects okay but not my iPad. The way I fixed it was:
1) sync your flights with DJI
2) delete the app
3) do a "hard reset" of your iPhone or iPad. (Hold the home...
Just thought if something else. When I plug my iPhone 6s Plus into the radio it makes that connection noise. Does your iPad do that? If it doesn't then there is something definitely wrong with the USB port.

Maybe the USB port crapped out. Maybe try removing the module to see if all the ribbon cables are still connected. If that doesn't work you may need to send the radio to DJI. Have you tried contacting DJI support?

Make sure you're logged in to your DJI account in the GO app. You can't connect if you're not logged in. It's the account you created when the Phantom was new and you had to register it.

Not worth the risk. I flew in fog for a few minutes and my P3P looked like it took a shower when I landed. Everything was soaking wet including the lens making the footage unusable...
Not correct. The tilt is ONLY to move the prop wash away from the quadcopter. This reduces the chance of a "Vortex Ring State" when descending straight down.
Wikipedia has a good explanation of this: Vortex ring state - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Not Yet. I run Windows 10 in bootcamp and Dashware works good. I'm not a 100% happy with Dashware so hope a Mac alternative becomes available in the future...
