I dont have an RMA.. I lost the bird. Yesterday i got a call from the teturn to home team and they said there is nothing they can do.. I asked for a manager and he said he can escalate it but he knows no one will call me back... Whatt!! I have been on the phone several times with a lady name...
Thank you for your help.. i wish DJI was reading here.. as of right now they said no one will contact me.. it is so unfair for them to only offer me 15% after being a loyal customer and showing all this info that they know is a hardware problem.. and to tell me to keep the remote as a spare...
Right after i tested sport mode.. I switched to Pmode and The GPS just went off. it disconnected on PMODE.. It was obviously a hardware problem i was not able to control it at all. The sky was clear at it was from the same place i have always flown my other drones. I totally lost video and did...
I think that is the problem.. when i lost GPS and lost complete control over the aircraft, i lost video, even though i was looking at the aircraft.. i exit the app and went back in and thats what probably happened.. it did not save the first one??
That is the problem... that is the only one there.. besides 2 from the day before.. i can upload those.. The question is, how can you have more that one log while on the air.??? it should be the same one until you start over.
Here is the link to the video log i was able to recover.. I just looked at it myself and it does not show me taking off and it shows always on anti mode which is not TRUE because it was on P-mode when i took off and i even played with it on sports mode for a few seconds and that doesn't show...
Wow just tried to pull them from the cloud from a different device and there is 3 there, its crazy how the DJI rep said that it was impossible to get them from the cloud unless you used their system... Can you please tell me how i can upload it here.
Pretty much, but thats not true.. the video log clearly shows the GPS saying disconnected and critical error and now i can go back to it.. So I'm waiting on them to send me the file. at this point it is what it is.. it just sucks when you know what happened and they are just saying there is...
Please look at the picture and read the emails i submitted please.. i have no access to the logs. i uploaded it and DJI reviewed them but now i can seem to be able to sync it. i asked DJI to please send me the files and they said no, then they said we will try to .. still waiting its been one day.
