Thanks for the info. I did solder the black wire to the connector and reconnected it and now everything is working fine.

I crashed my P3 Standard the other day and camera came loose which I have reattached but the black wire ripped off at the connector going into the Gimbal. First, what does this wire do and how do I reconnect the tiny gold connector to the wire. Can I fly without this wire connected...
