Adding 2W amplifier to the controller, P3S

The 2W Sunhans require 5v at 2.0 amps. For whatever reason, the silver 5.8ghz are almost twice the cost as the 2.4ghz. There is one U.S. seller selling both types in the $50 range, but he's out of the 5.8ghz. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this generic brand from China for $41: Wifi...

    P3S Range without Connection Errors?

I don't think either matters. There can be several reasons why low range is happening, and a good majority of that is due to Wi-Fi signals in the area. Open field or over water, as long as you're not flying with congested Wi-Fi. Download a Wi-Fi analyzer app, and when you go to an area you want...

    Looses, lol.

After update 1.7 i cannot get my p3s to connect

Try linking YOUR controller to his bird, and vise-versa. If your controller works, it should work on his bird. If his controller works, it should work on your bird. Should might be an understatement. I ran into this issue with both my P3S and P3A. Always good to have a spare controller on hand...

Nexus 7 Go app "not compatible"

You have the 2012 model. I bought one of those off Ebay early in 2015. Yep, it doesn't work with the Go app. Never tried it with Litchi though. Sent from my SM-G930T using PhantomPilots mobile app

    Avegent Glyph user experiance

For the Fire Stick, yes. That's the only way to view video on the Glyph. You use BT with the Avegant app to install the firmware. Using the app, and connecting it via the BT link in the app, you can find out what firmware you're on, and it shows a battery % too. However, you need to disconnect...

    Avegent Glyph user experiance

Just spent the last 30 minutes watching "The Strain" (no pun intended) via Hulu on the Fire Stick connected via HDMI. I must say I'm really impressed with these goggles. The image is really really clear. Practically no pixalization. I was using them while laying in bed and could see my 37" TV on...

    Baby "Mavic"

It's kind of funny (not haha funny) that they have "toys" like this that flies, and pretty fast too. Around 1980, "they" clamped down on toys with flying projectiles, namely the Battlestar Galactica Viper and Cylon ship. I haven't kept up with laws or best practices regarding this stuff, so I...

    Baby "Mavic"

This is just "too cute", lol. I have no need for a mini drone, but this is almost too hard to resist. It fits inside the controller. SY - X31 RC Quadcopter https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=SY+-+X31+RC+Quadcopter+

drone will not link to remote

Good luck. If you or he needs an extra remote, let me know if necessary. I have 3, well, one brand new in box, one modified for external antennas, and one that is broke (control board removed).

Litichi works 10x better with newer phones

IDK, you said your iPhone 6 had barely any memory left. Sounds like you have a bunch of stuff bogging down the phone. I bet if you did a factory reset the iPhone 6 would work just as well as the 7 in regards to latency issues you had when it was fully loaded. The title of this thread is...
