I can send you fuses if you need them. Its an easy solder to replace. If you were soldering to replace the can bus, you should be able to replace the fuse.
I am talking about the fuse in the radio. Let me know if that is the one you need.
The timer function is awesome. It works really all and with the volume knob set to s2 it is very convenient.
In opentx go to the special functions tab. Select switch s2 or the rotary switch of your choice. In the function field select volume. Also select enable.
Re: Setting auto-Yaw and auto Yaw/roll on the Taranis
I bought a used Futaba to play with. See how well this works. I want to have the Taranis rx installed with a Y splitter with the stock RX to allow me to chose which radio will send signals to the Phantom.
Big props goes to both of you.
I did manage to add the timer as you outlined above. Because my S2 rotary has nothing assigned, I decided through logical switches to assign that to a volume knob for the voice readouts. I find that depending on where I am flying, a volume knob to increase...
****, you guys are going hardcore. I am no where near that expertise but would love to set that up. I am guessing RSSI is the signal to receiver? So if it goes below 42 you are far and need to come home as you are about to lose communication with the RX?
I will have to setup those timers and...
Will this model work with the T8FG non super?
I am new to futaba and can only find a T8FG, I cannot seem to find a super. Wondering if the T8FG would function the same.
You masters need to get this working. I would love this on my Taranis, just not that versed in it to try this, I wouldn't know where to start. Actually thinking about picking up a T8FG for the functionality as it seems REALLY cool.
Trying to understand how this works.
SE down is off
SE middle is Yaw
SE up is yaw and roll
So what does the middle just yaw result in and how do you increase the trim to tighten or loosen the circle?
This did work thanks. The only thing that did not was slowing down the gimbal with the switch. I managed to do it with the slider, but cannot slow down the gimbal on the switches.
