I am trying to get the shutter speed to 4 to 8 seconds but have never gotten lower than 1/25. I see everyone getting theirs to the seconds side. What could I be doing wrong?

I bought my 4Pro and Mavic Pro from Advexure. No problems what so ever.

NO THEY WON'T WORK DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLACE WITH THEM. Sorry for all caps. I asked DJI rep and he said yes. No they don't and now I have to wait for the DJI to actually produce landing gear and compass for the 4P to get mine fixed.

From my earlier post: I also fly at Indian Seats on Sawnee Mountain. It is great early in the morning before tons of people show up. You can see for miles and 2 - 4 mile straight away flights aren't unusual.
