Hello, I have an older Mac operating system (MAC OS 10.6.8) and cannot install the current Assistant Software. Anybody any idea where to download the Assistant Software v3.4 and/or v3.2? The versions 3.6 and 3.8 available on the DJI website will not install on my Macbook. Thanks

I have the same problem now and then and described it it in a forum post here. Found now solution yet.

Unfortunately I still get this problem now and then. The problem occurs despite full batteries and standing with the transmitter next to the Phantom. The green camera light is on when the problem occurs. I am reposting this, maybe somebody has the same problem and even a solution for it. Thanks

I was outdoors. As far as I recall the DJI vision app was never able connected to the Vision when the problem occurred. Therefore there was no satellite indication from the app. Thanks
