I had this happen to me yesterday. Luckily, I was in within line of sight. P3A and iPad mini 2nd gen. I restarted the app and it was still a black screen. The bird did however RTH. I had full control with the remote, just was flying without FPV. I upgraded everything today to the latest firmware...
