Sweet and thanks for the pix... So the plastic piece in the picture with a paper clip (I found mine in bottom of my case) it is not used I presume. Thought it might be a cover, but don't think so now.

This EXACT thing happened to me yesterday. Did you get yours fixed? I gotta search for one of those small screws. Any chance of seeing a picture with the screw and plastic tab in place? I found the little plastic piece in my case, not sure how it will re-attach.

A see one on eBay advertised for $199 US Dollars. If this truly increases the range it probably is worth the investment. How this guy got these beats me... Be nice to purchase them direct from DJI for less?

Nope, not that I remember. It always came on, beeped, and LED lit up same color.

After 12 to 15 flights I noticed the ability to fly at distances starting to decrease. Checked the 4AA alkaline batteries in my controller and they were weak. Measured 1.4 volts under no load. Replaced them and now my range is back like it should be. Check your batteries!

Are you losing the video feed on your device or actual control of the Phantom? I have found not only line of sight affects the control signal but other interference from power lines, communications equipment. I lose the video much more frequently which seems to point to a newer app that was...

You can use the cheap ones. Buy a balancer and balance them first. The ones I bought look exactly like the DJI props but needed balancing. If you figure the cost of a balancer and time to do it properly its my opinion you should just buy DJI props. You are better off

Bought some of the cheap props that's advertised. Then purchased a balancer (Du-Bro with adaptor) and looked at the balance. They were no where close to being balanced. I might add the DJI props were perfectly balanced. My question: Anyone using the non-DJI props, if so are you balancing them...
