You do not use weights on a prop , you sand or shave off at the fat part on top of the heavy side until it balances never add anything extra to a prop !

the rod I got was off ebay about $20 and you do need that other part , the dubro. you can find that at tower hobbies as well, not at home so I don't have the info with me right now.

Yes my I2 props where also out as well, However I guess the are plastic and I think the I2 is nylon , been flying model airplanes for year and they are not as bad as these are, however the wood was almost perfect .

After having my p4p for a year I decided to get the right stuff to check the prop balance and I am amazed on how OUT OF BALANCE they are. 2 have been OK, the rest I had to fix to be balanced. OH MY ! just an FYI if you care LOL

Most Driveways have Rebar embedded in them. like mine I can not do the compass on it also standing next to a vehicle wont work either, even my roof is metal and that sucks as well , LOL

OK, got it !! so so PRETTY ! :) I do have the battery voltage working fine ( on the P4P ) , the only problem so far is trying to navigate to next screen at the top right corner ( for set-up) , it doesn't seem to want to find my finger , gots to play more with it. just a fast update ! the mount...

OK, turned everything back on and found all the video settings LOL should be awesome now ! :-) DUH !!! I was trying to find it with just the IPad , we know now that don’t work !

Yes video off the same card I have been using is way worse. anyways thanks much ! I will play around more with the waypoints heights ! So there is no checking or adjustment in the Litchi App I take it. just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
