I was flying in my normal location where I've logged probably 80 flights this summer and was in full control of the Phantom. Next thing I know I simply lost control. It was in ATT/GPS mode and doing fine but when I switched it to full GPS mode just to make a smooth return to where I was...
Re: What is the biggest and best battery I could use on Phan
Check the fine print on that lifetime warranty. Replacement value goes way down after one year. Not really a lifetime warranty, not without mentioning the exceptions.
Personally, I see zero need for a battery to be made...
In the spirit of MadMitch88 vid ( viewtopic.php?f=4&t=25143) I felt I should own up to my own close call from earlier this summer.
This is part of a larger video I'm working on. Taken before I had a gimbal. That's my brother, nephew and I sitting in the golf cart getting mobile with the quad...

Maybe I was just brought up differently to be able to recognize this. I'm not the morality police but this is a very rude question to ask even ask someone. It's really none of their business.
If they are really interested they can find the information very easily themselves.
Just to clarify my single word affirmative response....
"Resume time"
All this feedback is based on about 180+ flights (so far) and the vast majority of them using CF props...just in case anyone wanted to know backgorund.
CF props do increase flight time and provide greater lift than the stock...
