Thanks for the replies. I purchased 2 more from B&H today but it doesn't look like they include the tape or the new USB jack like the one you have suggested. The four screws on the board are on the front of the gimbal, those are ones to remove? I suspect there are more delicate wires...

Does anybody know how to replace the ribbon which conveniently broke the first rough encounter. I have a spare included in my kit. I am a newbie to wiring so I am hoping there is a fairly easy solution. Also if anybody is supplying these soon I'm sure others would be interested in getting a few...
