Re: Frsky Taranis X9D Plus users, both stick return to cente
Yes... I've done that. I was curious if other phantom users have done so. I'm still new to other multirotor's so wasn't sure if other folks preferred only one stick returning to home automatically...
Hi all,
For all the X9D Plus users, I noticed that the Mode 2 controller only has the right stick with the return to center feature. I've searched online and found that its possible to modify so both can return to center on their own. Has anyone done so?
I bought an X9D Plus to use with a...
I bought my sim from best buy too and they didnt have the prepay refill card. I searched online and found newegg has them that they can email the pin number you need. also, the IMEI number can be found by scanning the qr code on the flytrex if i remember correctly.
I was able to get mine...
Try posting it on the site from this article. http://dronegarage.org/2015/01/17/lost-and-found-at-rcflyaways-com/
Hellhole: The owner could prove its theirs by turning on their radio controller and the "lost" phantom. If the controller is paired it's theirs... it would be statistically...
hm... you may be on to something. I asked a similar question in a facebook group and everyone just seemed to suggest to keep the battery in. I may try doing weight comparisons of my GH3B with battery and my new GH4B w/o battery, w/nd filter.
I'd think the gimbal is concerned with overall...
Re: New firmware update v3.8 now available
Totally concur! I'll be holding off as well. Noticed today when I plugged my Phantom in to my laptop. Got nervous for a second because i thought it was auto updating. Then noticed I could just exit from the notice window. whew!
Totally agree with you Navman! I debated and researched for a tracker when I decided to get into FPV flying. I was so lucky to have it on one of my first FPV flights, because this happened!

Re: Questions
The Flytrex Live 3G uses the 3G GSM network. H2O wireless uses AT&T's network (cell towers). Verizon uses a different type of network, CDMA/LTE.
Get the micro sim for H2O wireless from bestbuy or wherever sells it, also get a $10 prepaid cell service card. Activate it online...
I'm a bit confused with your statement, even if all of your phones are Verizon you can still get an H2O micro sim card. If AT&T has good coverage in your area I'd recommend the H2O. I have Verizon for my family's cell phones, but H2O had the best cost benefit with its $10 prepaid cell service...
 Glad to help!
Yes, it only lasts 90 days. I'm guessing I might have a balance at expiration. I mostly fly weekends. You can check out my flytrex profile for flight times, mainly 15+- minutes at a time.
And my Flytrex has already paid for itself in recovering my Phantom after a...
oh wow, that's good to know, thanks for correcting me gents. I wonder if there's a method to that madness... Why would they produce the 32ch with both connectors, without a standard way to differentiate.
