At the moment it seems you need to use Vision Assist 3.2 to upgrade the battery firmware - you'll see the update notification in the upgrade tab. It won't show in v3.4

Haha okay so you have to use the 3.2 version of RC software and the new 2.6 battery fw shows up in 'upgrades' Not currently showing on 3.4... how odd

I'm aware of how to use the RC software but there's no option to upgrade battery fw.

How do you update the battery firmware?

I get nervous flying my phantom these days but only because of the dodgy battery issues that seem to be occurring and are entirely unpredictable when the bird is in the sky...

True,I understand that,but my Phantom was hovering maybe 5m away from me when I tested it earlier. 9 satellites locked on etc so it knew where it was. Sounds like a bad cell issue as those threads show :?

I realise it would probably help if I try charging the battery to full so I'll do that now and post the results soon.
