I ran into a similar situation while flying @ Cranbury Park. Even though there are no signs or anything posted otherwise, I was told that there are no "Flying objects" allowed at the park and chased out by a nasty woman. This is strange because there is a frisbee golf course also at the park...

I used a Mr. Clean "Magic Eraser" on my shell when I got some grass stains from a slightly harder landing and it worked like a charm. Would only recommend using it damp and very gently.
