You are exactly right! Thank you. There are loops on the front it attaches to and places for the straps to go through in that split in the upper part. Thanks.

I put the original box insert into the trunk on an '09 Electraglide. It fits, with room for extra stuff and everything seems fine before and after.

I've had mine for a month or two now and done half a dozen flights. I feel like they give a bit of crispness to the flight and quiet the rotor churn some although I have no empirical way of comparing them to the stock. I agree with Wacker2611 - they are superb.

I've had a couple that always flew just great (absent my own learning curve). I did brick the transmitter / control unit on my P3P but DJI responded and replaced it in only about 2 weeks. I've been very happy with them.
