They just used a phantom on their in studio section during the Saints/49ers game . They used video from a live feed coming from the camera on the show. Now....does this constitute commercial use (it was in doors in the studio) and I wonder what the FAA will say (using my best cynical voice)?
Yes, this isn't a Phantom vid but I use my T8J and Fatsharks on my phantom like a lot of people. So, maybe this will help. See below....
I searched and searched to see what max range was for the stock Futaba T8J using the stock Fatshark Predators. . I found nothing that really helped. So...
The only input/output it has is a usb port.

GoPro Hero 3. I film in raw 1080p 60fps. I then adjust the color in cineform when I transcode it, then tweak it in Final Cut Pro.

Only had time for 1 flight. With this new Arris Gimbal I am only getting about 6 mins of flight time. So I took some clips from it. This was more about testing the gimbal in beach winds then it was trying to get nice video.

I agree with you on your color philosophy, I have started doing that to my vids. I run it through cineform and adjust the colors on only the clips I want, then put them into Final Cut Pro.
But, is it me or does it seem that your gimbal has a slight tilt to it?
