Are your props good i.e. no damage? Have you checked the props for balance? Is the gimbal two or three axis and is it steady whilst hovering? Basic stuff I know, but don't know how much knowledge you have on these.

I think they can add to the VRS (Vortex ring state) so be careful coming in to land. Either circle around descending or come in descending from a distance. Never straight down. The face is to try and keep bird pests away.
