I need a cover for the LED on my P3P. I would like to buy either single lens or whatever may come in a package. I have googled it and looked all over for replacement lens with no success.

Can anyone tell me how we can have visual line of sight when our bird is 2 or 3 miles away? I am truly just trying to rationalize using my P3P to its fullest and still stay within the rules.

Don't forget, helicopters can land anywhere. And they may be needing to land especially if they are a emergency aircraft or if they have some other emergency themselves. I don't understand what all this hubbub is about helicopters being in "our" airspace. I'm sure no helicopter pilot is going...
