I thought it was pretty good on the motion shots, good perspective and not too fast on the motion (maybe slow it down a tad in editing). Your stills could be improved by putting in a quick crossfade between shots (nothing to flash or gimmicky) and maybe adding a subtle Ken Burns effect (where...
But the deal breaker maybe the firmware that DJI installs in the battery. I strongly suspect firmware differences between genuine and 3rd party will (or would in the future) cause headaches when using the GO app.
If you're prepared to hunt around, you can get genuine DJI batteries in Aus for a lot less than $250. I got one from a hobby dealer for $170 and it's definitely genuine. Have a look at the following:

As far as the app goes, no, you're out of luck but if enough people requested DJI to include the option in a future release of the app and controller firmware, who knows?
The other option is a fair bit more adventurous: if the gimbal control is a standard 3 pin potentiometer (as I suspect)...
