Sorry I cant help you...
I can't tell how annoyed I am by DJI no less is ruining OUR expensive devices, to the point you have to leave it for repair!!??...
Should be an obvious lawsuit!...
Wish you best of luck!
And please keep sharing your experiences!
I'll just hold my thumbs that...
Hmm... Sorry to hear that.
Go-App v.3.1.1
Quad firmware v.1.10.90
RC firmware v.1.6
For me, this worked no prob. for two full battery tests anyway!
Confirm at the Go-app "About" screen that RC has version 1.6.
Try insert formatted SD card with 1.10.90 firmware once again (with Controller...
Hmm... Now I don't understand your answer... Didn't you read my post just above your first???
Downgrading the RADIO CONTROLLER firmware DID fix my problem with real-time video feed! -so far anyway...
Downgrading the quad firmware I don't think is possible without the knowledge DJI wont give...
Ok. So they didn't acknowledge the faulty update at all... :(
The advises they have given though, is of course some baby-steps in troubleshooting for a novice.
But if you told them the problem appeared after the upgrade, it is some bloody arrogant answers!!
A LOT of people have had problems...
Hi.
Downgrading the Radio Controller software seem to work for me!
Just flew two full batteries without any glitch! :)
- In the Go-App home-screen (when pics of DJI aircrafts is showing)
- Hold the menu-button at top right until you get the downgrade options. (If no options try restart RC and...
YES! :D
"Downgraded" RC to v.1.6 and went out and flew two full batteries.
All seem to work just fine now so thank you ..... well... thanks anyone but DJI!!! :triumph:
Have tried all tricks I have found, and tried quad firmware 1.4, 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9 without luck...
Why the häll DJI is fooling...
Didn't remember the RC downgrade procedure...
-In Go-app home screen - Hold the menu-button at top right.
This gave me the option to downgrade to 1.6 or 1.5.80.
I did the 1.5.80, and it seems the live video feed problem went away!! (At least it didn't came back for the five minutes i waited)...
Didn't have any luck with downgrading the bird...
(All this DJI firmware stuff just seem so extremely retrograde!!)
I was thinking:
I did do the update at the RC first, and the quad afterwards...
And I cannot swear the RC was off when installing from SD to quad.. o_O
Is it possible...
Thanks for the link Oso! (Don't know how I missed that...) :p
Tried by holding "RC-link-button" while power up. It's been standing with its annoying beeping for a while now. -and is doing some different light signals now and then, so I just let it stand for a while... See whats happening...
Ouch...
Go App: 3.1.1
Version: 1.10.90
Remote version: 1.8.0
Just upgraded firmware and experienced the messed up camera feed described in this thread: Professional - Problem with new Phantom 3 new firmware 1.10.90
WTF??
Read thru here, and re-installed the Go app. And the video feed...
No idea Alok. Doesn't seem to release anyway so...
I have ordered the HeadPlay and RHO lens now. Should be interesting if at all can use a box on my head... :p
Now the just changed date again. From june 20 to july 1 without no further explanation... (banggood.com)
Guess it got to be the HeadPlay then.. Or maybe the cheaper lookalike (Skyzone or what ever) Does anyone know if there is any difference?
