I sent the battery to DJI on a Monday (Feb. 25) and it arrived on Friday afternoon (March 1). The following Tuesday (March 5) I received an email from them stating that the battery had been had been inspected and it was determined it had been over discharged...
I talked with DJI CS on chat this morning. Super easy. Printed a shipping label and dropped it off already with UPS.
It’s just a real bummer that it came this way new. Gonna have to wait to fly. I hope the rest of it is in better shape than the battery.
Yes. It won’t come on. When I try to power on the LEDs will light sequentially from 1-4, then LED 1 flashes once briefly and the rest go out. Nothing after that. It won’t stay on.
I just unboxed my new P4A to put the batteries on the charger. I noticed when I checked both the Tx and aircraft battery they were both low. The Tx would not indicate when I momentarily pressed the power button to check, but it did take a full charge after several hours.

I didn’t know that it was compatible with the original P4. I only knew it worked on what I had so that’s why I listed it that way.

No recent changes or incidents. I had flown it yesterday without incident at my grandparents farm. Today I calibrated the compass before I took off because of the 150 mile change in location back to where I live. It calibrated normally without issue. I guess the motor or ESC decided it was time...
