I could not get that link to play the video. It would start to load, then just jump to the next video by itself. Weird!
Managed to get it to play here in case anyone else is having the same problem.
Last years revenue $125 million!! Targeting 4 to 5 times that this year!!! Holy crap! That's...
Great video. :-)
I saw a similar video where someone had flown behind a tower, lost connection, triggered RTH and
flown full speed into the tower. However, that P2 crashed to the ground and the pilot, unaware of exactly where it was, drove around and magically found it. :-)
I've tried different memory cards, and they're all the recommended type as per GoPro link. Sandisk and Lexar High Speed.
I know for a fact that the battery that came with this latest replacement camera is dead. It won't power the camera, and it won't charge when connected to USB.
It just seems...
3.06 installed. Phantom 2 H3-3D gimbal.
Note. At this stage the central board update is not working.
After some initial problems with the gimbal making funny noises on power up, after doing advanced calibration,
I figured out I have to do advanced cali outside because the bus rocks ever so...

That dude is crazy. Nor for flying over the building. But for making a video of himself doing it. The legal height limit is 120mtrs. Major fine coming his way if he's busted.

"I think there is some blame to be held by each pilot who decide to start off in this venture with an item that is close to a grand or more".
Errr, would you mind explaining this statement in a bit more detail?
The people most affected by the unreliability of GPS will be those who are newcomers to quad flying. Even some seasoned flyers will feel uneasy if they're in a situation where GPS is preferred but, switching to it might cause a crash. DJI make very clear claims as to GPS performance in their...
DJI haven't done anything remarkable in fixing this problem. There are numerous other multi rotor companies who offer GPS hold, RTH etc and none of them suffer (that I'm aware of) with these issues. We all carry in our pockets, smart phones with built in GPS and map apps that can tell us in an...
Nothing sounds less convincing than the word "should".
I think DJI have lost a great number of current or potential customers with their blasé attitude to fixing a quite serious problem. At the start of this episode, I envisioned that it could take as long as two or three months to have the...
