Have the same problem occurring to me, randomly. The thing is that I cannot tell what is causing this compass deviation. Sometimes change the place of launch, and it corrects itself (turning off and on all). Believe has to do with something nearby causing compass interference. ([emoji848])...

Well, seems that as nobody knew what to do with this message, I kept trying for few days with the same result. So! I started to think: craft cannot find accurate info about the altitude, then, must be the imu. Made an imu calibration, twice, and, (fingers crossed!) that seems to fix the issue...
