I got the GPC tactical backpack. For $100 it's the best I found for my application. And still fits carry on dimensions. GPC DJI Phantom 4 Backpack Fieldline Edition | GPC, Inc.

I told them I had an existing 5.11 bag and was just in need of the foam. They told me to call their customer service to place order. I think drone crates also sells the foam insert by itself for like $85 just in case they give you any issues.

You can buy the foam from GPC directly. Only downside is It runs about $80 just for the foam.
