Northern Canadian

I'm no spring chicken and have been around for a while. My drone work is mostly commercial, and I've earned an approval by Transport Canada with a blanket SFOC (Special Flight Operation Certificate) for the province of Ontario. The rules are strict, but in general you can work with the restrictions. The more I fly, the more I appreciate the red tape that is slowing the advancement of drones in Ontario and Canada. There are a good amount of people flying these that use poor judgement, fly over buildings, past line of sight, close to airports, and over people. Great tool, but you need to think about the risks as well. That's my opinion anyway.
